An Intensive Approach, Best Eased Into
Because this is a more intensive drainage-support kit, we recommend completing Step 1 of the Foundational Protocol or Phase 1 of the Comprehensive Protocol first. If you'd rather start here directly, cutting the recommended dose in half and working up gradually is a reasonable alternative. Drinking plenty of water throughout also helps your body make the most of it.
